  Telwin InverSpotter 14000 SmartAqua

  This is a medium frequency, direct current (MFDC) inverter technology resistance welding machine, controlled by a microprocessor.

  The POWER GUN technology enables high spot-welding currents with minimal power consumption, utilizing longer (5m) and lighter cables for improved handling and a broader operational range, while minimizing magnetic fields around the cables.

  Automatic pressure monitoring guarantees precise adjustment of the force applied to the gun electrodes. It is particularly effective for body shop tasks and industrial applications, delivering outstanding results on high-strength steel (HSS), boron, and galvanized metal sheets.

  The advanced SMART AUTOSET technology automatically recognizes materials and thicknesses, eliminating setup times and ensuring optimal spot welding even when the types of steel are unknown.

  WAVE technology enhances machine interaction and records all operational parameters for processing and reporting. The multifunction digital panel allows users to select the automatic Smart Autoset mode, as well as EASY and manual modes; generated programs and reports can be saved to a USB drive.
