Stertil-Koni provides the DIAMONDLIFT in two different foundation setups. One option is a cassette version that includes steel foundation enclosures, while the other is a frame version that comes with a steel frame intended for a conventional concrete foundation.

Highly Durable Pistons
The pistons are constructed with hard chrome plating to enhance durability and extend their lifespan. The critical seals of the telescopic pistons are strategically positioned to avoid damage from dirt and debris. The foundation components of DIAMONDLIFT at floor level are hot-dip galvanized to ensure maximum corrosion resistance. Additionally, DIAMONDLIFT cassettes are coated with DiamondGuard®, a premium coating that protects against electrolysis, corrosion, and harmful workshop fluids. The high-pressure hydraulics of DIAMONDLIFT require less than 5 gallons of biodegradable oil per piston, and all hydraulic components are housed in an above-ground control console for easy access.

Ease of Use and Maintenance
All power units and control components are conveniently located in the above-ground console for straightforward troubleshooting and maintenance. There is easy access for manual lowering in case of a power failure, and the pit covers feature continuous hinges with no moving parts. The hydraulic horizontal drive system is designed to be self-aligning and self-cleaning.
