Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy

At Efficient Environmental Edge Pvt Ltd, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected. The refund will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
