The KONFORT 770S features unique technological solutions tailored to meet the specific requirements of German vehicle manufacturers, ensuring safety and reliability in compliance with European regulations for the new refrigerant. This recharge station was recognized in the esteemed ADI Design Index for 2012 as a prime example of outstanding Italian design, published annually by the Italian Association for Industrial Design.

The internal design of the unit simplifies service procedures, such as oil changes and filter replacements. It includes a refrigerant tank mounted on sturdy electronic scales with a locking mechanism to maintain calibration during transport or movement within the workshop.

Additionally, the KONFORT 770S is equipped with an automatic leak detection system connected to EN837 Class 1 certified gauges, ensuring exceptional accuracy. The refrigerant scales are designed to limit errors to within +/- 15 grams.

CLEANING OF HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS

To ensure safety and efficiency, it is crucial to prevent cross-contamination between different types of oil and refrigerant. To address this, TEXA has created a unique automatic flushing feature designed to cleanse the internal circuits of the service station.

FAN SAFEGUARD SYSTEM

The R1234yf refrigerant is categorized as 'highly flammable,' and operators need to be aware of this. The KONFORT 700 series features a highly efficient redundant fan system designed to prevent any potential refrigerant accumulation inside the unit.

AUTOMATED LEAK MONITORING SYSTEM

The KONFORT 700 series charging stations perform an automatic double check for any potential gas leaks from the tanks. All safety-related procedures are conducted automatically to minimize the risk of errors.

EMERGENCY LOCK SWITCH

Regarding safety, when the service station is opened for inspection, a micro-switch system automatically secures the electrical components. An emergency stop button has been incorporated into the control panel, which shuts down the machine and halts all ongoing processes. The entire upper console can be rotated for easier viewing without needing to relocate the entire service station (this feature is not available in the German market). The components utilized, including the advanced recovery group, possess outstanding characteristics and ensure refrigerant recovery rates exceeding 95%.
